Intuition vs Anxiety
Both come from inside. Both feel like knowing. Here's the difference.
VS SERIES — EPISODE 03
ANXIETY vs INTUITION
They feel identical from the inside. Here's what tells them apart.
ANXIETY
- Escalates — louder the longer you sit with it
- Needs you to act now — allergic to waiting
- Personalises: about you, your worth, your failure
- Lives chest-up: tight, elevated, urgent
- Worse after a thought loop, not better
"Something is wrong. (And it always means you.)"
INTUITION
- Flat — same volume it arrived, doesn't escalate
- Patient — waits for you to be still
- Describes the room, not your failings
- Sits lower: gut, solar plexus, still
- More settled after sitting with it
"Something about this doesn't fit. (And it can wait.)"
THE QUESTION
Does the signal escalate the longer you sit with it — or settle?
