Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SOULGNO OPUS OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SOULGNO Ltd ("we", "us").

2. Beta status notice

SOULGNO is currently in public beta. This means:

• The core platform is functional and commercially available
• Some features are in active development and may change
• We target high availability but do not make formal uptime service-level commitments during beta
• Your feedback directly influences the system's ongoing refinement

Paid services (readings, reports, subscriptions) are fully active and subject to the refund terms in our Refund Policy.

3. Account terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform
• One person per account. Shared accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Use the Platform to harm, harass, or discriminate against others
• Sell, resell, or redistribute access to the Platform without authorisation
• Impersonate another user or entity

5. Intellectual property

The SOULGNO platform, including its design, codebase, algorithms, scoring systems (CR, QC, Ka, KZ, SI), WISER card content, timing models, and brand identity, is the intellectual property of SOULGNO Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Your data remains yours. You retain ownership of all personal data, journal entries, and content you create within the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your personal content.

6. Payments and subscriptions

6.1 One-off payments

Readings and reports are billed once at the time of booking via Stripe. Your card is charged immediately upon checkout. Delivery timescales are confirmed at the point of booking.

6.2 Subscription plans

Clear (£7.99/mo) and Sovereign Encoder (invite-only) subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the current period.

6.3 Refunds

6.4 Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment up to three times over seven days. Access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected.

7. Wellness disclaimer

SOULGNO is a personal coherence and timing tool. It is not a medical device, therapeutic service, or clinical tool. Please review our full Wellness Disclaimer.

8. The SCRIBE AI assistant

SCRIBE provides contextual guidance powered by large language models (LLMs). Important limitations:

• SCRIBE is an advisor, not a decision-maker. You retain full sovereignty over all decisions
• SCRIBE outputs should not be treated as medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice
• AI responses may contain errors or hallucinations
• Your conversations with SCRIBE may be used to improve the system, in anonymised form

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOULGNO LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

The Platform is a personal development and coherence tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
